Nutrition Services
ADVOCAP’s nutrition programs help individuals and families access nutritious food through a range of services. Our Senior Nutrition Program provides home delivered meals for homebound older adults and individuals with disabilities, and congregate meals offer daily meals and social connection. We administer food distribution to local pantries and shelters through TEFAP, and community gardens that help families grow fresh produce. Together, these programs reduce food insecurity and promote overall health and wellness.
