Affordable Housing
ADVOCAP’s Affordable Housing Program offers several rental properties at Fair Market rates, providing safe and affordable housing options to low-income individuals and families in the communities we serve. ADVOCAP’s properties are located in Fond du Lac, Green Lake, and Winnebago Counties. These homes vary from efficiency and 1-bedroom units to large 5-6 bedroom houses.
While our program focuses on offering quality rental homes, we are unable to offer financial assistance or legal guidance, as this program does not directly provide these services. If you are experiencing homelessness or have questions about what services may be available to you, please see the community resources below or contact our Homeless Prevention Program.

Rental Wait List Information

Our rental wait lists, in all counties of our service area, are open. Please contact (920) 922-7760 x 3588 to inquire about our rental properties or to be added to the rental wait list.
Application Process for Affordable Housing
Rentals may be available to individuals or families whose total household income is under 80% of the County Median Income. Rentals are prioritized for individuals and families enrolled in other ADVOCAP programs.
Applications for rental units are available to those that have viewed a rental unit, either physically or virtually as needed. Applications need to include income verifications including employment, SSI, SSDI, Child Support, and any other additional income.
