ADVOCAP’s Food & Nutrition program is accepting applications for a Home Delivered Meal Driver for our Neenah service area. We help older adults and individuals with specialized needs have access to delicious and nutritious daily meals. This position will conduct well-being checks and provide friendly conversation to brighten participants’ days. This position will have a welcoming and friendly personality to ensure comfort in working with older adults and those with specialized needs. This will align with our core mission and values.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Assist with packing up nutritious meals for delivery.
  • Have the ability to drive a route delivering meals to those who are homebound.
  • Meal delivery is scheduled around lunchtime.
  • Schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, starting at 9:30 AM and working up to 3 hours based on the route.
  • During your route, provide a welfare check and bring your friendly attitude to see the smiles of hope in the elderly or disabled.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or GED/HSED and 1 to 3 months of previous related work experience.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and good driving history, acceptable to our insurance carrier.
  • Drug screen and comprehensive background check required.
  • Reliable attendance and a professional work ethic.
SALARY & BENEFITS

This part-time position will work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30 am and work up to 3 hours depending on the route you are assigned to. Starting pay is $15.59 per hour. This position will have access to vacation, sick, and holiday pay, and our employer contribution 401k.
