ADVOCAP is proud to recognize and thank our Head Start Department and Management Team for earning a perfect Focus Area 2 (FA2) monitoring review.
FA2 is a comprehensive federal review that looks closely at how our program operates across all service areas, including education, health, family services, ERSEA (Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance), and overall program quality. The review also includes a close look at fiscal policies and procedures, such as transaction testing and internal controls. It reflects not only compliance, but how effectively we are supporting children and families each day.
Achieving a perfect review is no small feat, and represents a tremendous amount of preparation, coordination, and consistent, high-quality work across the entire Head Start team.
We’re grateful for the leadership and commitment that made this possible. Our team’s work continues to strengthen our communities in meaningful ways, day after day. Thank you for representing ADVOCAP at the highest level.
