Skills Enhancement Program

Assisting low-income individuals in gaining essential skills for job advancement and career growth.

The Skills Enhancement Program empowers participants to access educational opportunities in high-demand fields such as business, logistics, medical careers, manufacturing, welding, and childcare. Our program is designed to help individuals gain the skills needed for successful careers in these growing industries.

ELIGIBILITY: The program is open to adults who are working at least 20 hours a week and are at or below 150% of the federal poverty guideline.

  • Tuition, books, & other required supplies
  • Childcare expenses while attending class
Application Process for the Skills Enhancement Program:
  • Contact us to find out if you qualify for services and request an application be sent to you.
  • Once application is complete, a meeting will be scheduled to discuss options.

GED/HSED Program

Our GED/HSED Program helps adults prepare for their exams, opening the door to better job opportunities, higher wages, and further education.

Availablte to adults 18 and older in Fond du Lac and Winnebago Counties, ADVOCAP offers flexible, accessible resources to help you succeed, at no cost.
