DVR Placement Program The Division of Vocational Rehabilitation contracts with ADVOCAP to manage a placement and supported employment program in Fond du Lac, Winnebago & Green Lake Counties. We provide work experience opportunities with a variety of employers, on the job training, job coaching & job placement Services for Persons diagnosed with various mental or physical disabilities.

Job & Career Work Force Development Centers
We provide case management, job development and training services through local colleges and technical schools. We assist Dislocated Workers (Persons that have been laid off), victims of businesses and plant closings looking to get retrained for future employment opportunities. Staff is located in area Workforce Development Centers.

Skills Enhancement
Provides opportunities for working adults to increase their income by building skills through education. To qualify folks must be working at least 20 hours a week and meet the 150% of poverty guide lines.

The instruction provides assistance to adults in completing their basic educational goals.
Instruction is offered at student's own pace and can be completed relatively quickly.
