The rents are never more than Fair Market rents published by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Ideally, tenants pay no more than 30% of their adjusted income towards rent and utilities. First Time Homebuyer Program ADVOCAP's Homeowner Development Program (HDP) provides skills and opportunities for families to acquire a home of their own. The classes offered prepare persons to be educated home buyers and owners. The program is supported by local lenders, and real estate professionals. The program serves Fond du Lac, Green Lake and Winnebago counties. rehab program is offered to eligible homeowners in Green Lake, Fond du
Lac, and Winnebago Counties to provide assistance
in dealing with larger housing problems such as:
